How do I join Life's Luxuries?
- Click the register link located in the top right-hand corner of every page;
- Add your name and email address;
- Brokers are required to add their company name and phone number;
- Create a password;
- Click register.
- We take security very seriously at Life’s Luxuries, we will never ask for your credit card information as this is handled by our payment gateways.
- A confirmation email will be forwarded to you immediately after registering. Click on the link in this email and it will activate your account. It’s that easy.
How do I add a listing as a private seller on Life's Luxuries?
We have made it very easy to add a listing once you have signed up as a private seller:
– Verify your phone number on your profile page.
a. Click verify beside your phone number;
b. Enter the code you receive by phone;
c. Click submit. Once your phone number has been verified, your seller account will automatically be verified, and you can post ads. You will see post ad on the top right-hand side of all pages.
– Add your information pictures and videos for your item:
– Click submit if you are happy with your ad or click edit/back if you are unhappy with the layout of your ad to make changes
When you are happy with the way your ad looks simply click submit ad.
This will direct you to our online payment gateway with a choice of well-recognized payment solutions.
Where can I find information about shipping costs?
Sellers who are brokers will be able to provide you with the appropriate information about shipping insurance and payment.
What does POA Stand for?
Price On Application. In other words, you need to contact the seller to get the price.
How can I report a fake or misleading item?
Simply click Report, which you will find Under show number and beside the Favourite and share links of all ad pages.
What do I do when I have tried to contact the seller but haven’t received a reply yet?
Please allow sellers up to two or three days to reply since there are many reasons why sellers don’t respond immediately: it could be a weekend, or they may be extremely busy. Rest assured that your message has been sent to the seller. If you do not receive a reply within five days, please let us know, and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
How do I contact the seller of an item I am interested in ?
All the sellers’ contact information can be found in their listings.
However you must be logged in to be able to contact a seller.

Using broker credits for featured ads
Featured ad credits can be used at any time. You simply use one credit for a homepage feature ad or one credit for a category page feature ad. Once your ad goes live, your listing will remain on life’s luxuries until sold.
Plus, they can be used in conjunction with each other when posting your ad and can give you a feature ad on both our home page and your category’s homepage If you choose.
What do VAT and GST stand for?
When you buy goods and services, you usually have to consider the Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST). The price of the goods or services usually includes the VAT whenever it is applicable and can frequently be recouped, depending on the buyer’s country of residence. Because of this VAT issue, US or Asian listings may appear to have lower prices than their European counterparts.
Although Lifes Luxuries’ goal is to establish a transparent market for first-class goods and to put prices on a more level playing field by listing all prices excluding VAT and GST, this is not always feasible because European law demands that dealers in many European countries include the VAT in their listed price. Taking this into consideration, items sold in Europe may be marked as VAT exempt, VAT paid, or VAT unpaid.
The broker will be able to explain whether VAT or GST applies to you, so please contact the dealer directly for more information about VAT and GST.
How do I protect myself against fraudulent buyers or sellers online ?
Although genuine buyers and sellers in the world fortunately outnumber scammers, we strongly advise proceeding with caution. Deals too good to be true usually are. To minimize fraudulent activity, Life’s Luxuries has put in place measures like verifying email addresses and phone numbers and screening all ads before going live. If an ad seems questionable, please inform us immediately by clicking report located at the top right-hand corner of every advertisement page. Since we cannot guarantee all buyers and sellers are legitimate, we will investigate everything that does not seem right. We do nothing but our best to uphold our reputation because Life’s Luxuries knows nothing but the best will do for you.
How long will it take for my listing to be approved and appear online?
Once your ad has been verified we do our best to have it online within 24hrs.
What is a bump?
The bumps are for brokers only; this allows them to bump there ads up to the top of a category page for seven days. Bumps can be purchased and used at any time.
What does SEO stand for and why is it so important?
SEO stands for search engine optimization. Our team at Life’s Luxuries performs this service on all ads where this option is selected in checkout to ensure maximum exposure in search engine results for your ads.
I already have a website can I share my content with Life's Luxuries?
Absolutely, our team of developers can liaise with your developers and set up a direct data feed. With one click of your mouse, you can decide if the content you are posting to your website is to appear on Life’s Luxuries website automatically or not. This feature is only available on a pre paid one-year subscription plan.
I cannot find the manufacturer make or model of the item I am trying to list
If you cannot find the manufacturer make or model of an item you are trying to list. Simply select other and providing your ad meets our requirements we will update your ad and our search filters prior to your listing going live.
Can I get a refund
Yes. Once the situation has been thoroughly investigated by one of our team members and approved you will receive a full refund within 14 days. You will find further information in our terms & conditions page.
