With the intention of transforming the supercar into a premium road vehicle fit for everyday usage, Bugatti raised the bar even higher. The creation of the Veyron was one of the automobile industry’s greatest technological difficulties ever.
Virtually no parts, components, or systems from previous automobile designs could be utilised in the Veyron. To satisfy the performance specifications, everything had to be built from scratch and then integrated in the automobile. The method also drew on the experiences of other sectors, including as aviation and space travel, in which materials and systems are frequently subjected to extraordinary speeds and forces. The Veyron is the first and only supercar designed and built with a series configuration capable of mastering any driving environment at any moment. Even more than 15 years after its introduction, the supercar continues to establish milestones and inspire emotion and fervour throughout the world.
